Central Florida’s newest golf club opened its doors in late summer to enthusiastic golfers. The reviews of the course have been positive. Play has been brisk.

This 18 hole semi-private Mike Dasher-designed course will test the physical and mental skills of your game. The course winds its way through creeks and lakes surrounded by large palms and hardwoods that are naturally part of the landscape. Picturesque holes are challenging yet fair.

Located on Hwy 17/92 neighboring ChampionsGate and Reunion Resort, the addition of Providence will add to an area known for its famous golf courses. “Being the newest facility in the area has its advantages”, states Marion Walker who is the General Manager of Providence. “It is exciting to have first time visitors and residents play the course and enjoy the club. It is the icing on the cake to see them return for a second or third time. It says a lot about the design of the course.” The golf course is not the only area of Providence receiving praise. Customer care is taken eriously. Adds Walker, “This is a strong staff. They were chosen for their experience and enthusiasm of the game, and for the people who play it. They’re people-friendly. That in itself can be as important as the design of the golf course.”
